The transfer isn't downright awful, but isn't exactly great either. The colors and contrast seem a bit subdued. The whole film has a very dnr'd look to it. It never really looks that sharp but also never super blurry. It still maintains some scenes with decent grain structure, but overall is rather...meh. Some pops and splotches are visible now and again, which is a major sign that the transfer didn't have much care put into it. It very much looks like a transfer that was made with DVD in mind and then just re-used for Blu-Ray.
